The IT buyers who need you this month, booked on your calendar.

Intent-based outbound for managed IT and security providers. We book the meeting, you grow.

One meeting, start to finish

How a cold company becomes a meeting on your calendar.

Follow one account through the five steps every Marlows meeting goes through.

Monday, 8:40

A 180-person machining shop posts for an IT Director.

Marlows Intent flags it, scores it 91, and puts it at the top of today's list. A company hiring for IT either can't find the talent or needs help carrying the load.

Why MSP growth stalls

Growing by referral works until it stops.

JanFebMarAprMayJunJulAugSepOctNovDec

New-client conversations by month, referral-only MSP

Referrals don't run on a schedule.

Some quarters bring three new clients and others bring none. You can't forecast word of mouth.

Ramp of a new in-house SDR

A US sales rep costs $7,000 to $10,000 a month before booking anything.

Then come months of ramp, tools and coaching, and the risk they leave just as they get good.

Who counts as a qualified Marlows meeting

Lead-gen vendors book people who can't sign.

An office manager doesn't approve a three-year IT contract. We only count meetings with people who do.

Every channel

Every channel points at one buyer.

The same decision maker hears from you by email, on LinkedIn and on the phone, in a planned order, so the meeting feels like the obvious next step.

  • EmailFrom warmed lookalike domains, written for IT buyers.
  • LinkedInConnection and short notes on the same accounts.
  • CallingVerified direct dials, opening with the reason.
  • IntentTells every channel who to reach first, and why.
The difference

Most outbound starts with a list. Ours starts with a reason.

The outcome

You show up. They're already expecting you.

Every meeting lands on your calendar with a written brief and reminders on both sides, so the first call starts at the real conversation.

From the founder

I've been on both ends of the meeting. I started as an SDR cold calling all day, raised capital over the phone, and I've spent the last few years as an account executive taking the meetings other people booked.

The good ones always had a real reason behind them. Marlows is built around that: find the reason first, then make the call.

How we work

The rules every campaign runs on.

Qualification

A meeting counts only if it happens, with a decision maker, at a company that fits. Flag a bad fit within 48 hours and it comes off the count.

Deliverability

We never send from your main domain. Separate lookalike domains keep your reputation safe.

Fit

If outbound won't work in your market, we'll tell you on the first call.

Pricing

No per-meeting pricing. A flat retainer means nobody books junk to hit a number.

Focus

One niche. Every script, list and brief is written for managed IT and security.

Reporting

You see every list, every sequence and every reply, every Friday.

Real people

Real people on every account.

Researchers, writers and callers work your market every weekday. You talk to one account lead.

Plans

An outbound team for your MSP, without the hiring.

Researchers, copywriters, callers and a campaign manager, working one niche every day.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Anything we didn't cover, ask on the call.

Book a call

It depends on the plan and your market. Duo targets 6 to 10 qualified meetings a month, Multi 10 to 15, and Omni 20 to 30. On the first call we'll tell you what's realistic for your service area.

No. We set up separate lookalike sending domains and warm them up, so your main domain's reputation is never at risk.

Trained callers who follow scripts written for your offer, and can talk about managed IT and security without overpromising.

Sending domains need about three weeks to warm up, so we build lists and scripts while they do. Outreach starts around week 4 and most first meetings land in weeks 4 to 6.

Established MSPs and MSSPs with $3M or more in revenue, clients worth $3,000 a month or more, and someone ready to take sales calls within 48 hours of a booking.

Flag it within 48 hours. If it missed the checklist we agreed at kickoff, it doesn't count toward your number.

Every plan is quoted to your market, volume and number of verticals. We'll give you a firm number on the first call.

Ninety days to start, because outbound takes a few weeks to ramp. After that it rolls month to month.

Is next quarter's pipeline already full?

On a 20-minute call we'll size your market, look at your offer, and tell you plainly whether outbound will work for you.
